The first post! I call it " Darwin REALLY loves his vegetables!"

First up we have: Carrots! According to nutritiondate.com,

"The Good
This food is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate and Manganese, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Potassium.

The Bad
A large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars."

Okay this first shot, It's awesome. You can see bits of carrot dropping to the floor in his rush and his tongue. I love parrot tongues!

In this one, it's so good he has to have one eye open and one eye shut

Rawr I eat you! (and more sexy tongue)

Sometimes you must stop and savor your meal

Sadie prefers hers chopped up like mine

She eats very daintily, so no pics of her eating. She takes great precaution to take little delicate bites so none of it escapes her belly of doom. When she's done there's no mess on the floor, Darwins area by comparision looks like this. (Pea's were eaten before Carrots..)

And now onto: Celery! According to nutritiondata.com

The Bad

Again with the dainty little bites Sadie! She hates having her pic taken, can you tell?

I love this picture, it really shows how bugeyed he is. I've never seen a pionus with a skull exactly like his. Darwin's a freak =p

You'll notice my green cheek didn't participate, She still wont touch vegetables. She will eat most fruits and berries though. I offer her veggies everyday though, eventually she'll take to them.

Okay the end!

p.s. I have two pics of Darwin that when put together look like him chewing on a carrot, I'm not sure if it'd make a good animated icon or not but maybe someone wants to try?
Let me know if so!
